NCAA Compliance: Rules and Regulations

Black Hills State University competes at the NCAA Division II level and as such, we as an institution, adhere to the standards put forth by the NCAA. The mission of the Black Hills State University Compliance office is to coordinate and monitor all compliance and educate all stakeholders in Black Hills State University Athletics.
The NCAA declares that each institution, Black Hills State University included, is responsible for the control of its intercollegiate athletics program and compliance with the rules and regulations of the NCAA. This control includes the conduct and actions of all constituents of Black Hills State University.
Your efforts to follow this legislation are greatly appreciated, because violations could affect the eligibility of involved prospects or student-athletes, and/or result in NCAA penalties being imposed on Black Hills State University.
