Black Hills State University Football Falls to Central Oklahoma

Edmond, Okla. - The Black Hills State University football team fell to Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Okla. Thursday evening 30-17 in the final game of a five game road trip in the middle of their season.

The Yellow Jackets struggled to get their offense going and only were able to gain 86 yards through the air. Sophomore quarterback Wes Kragt finished the contest with 86 yards passing completing just 7 passes. Kragt led Black Hills State as rushing as he was able to carry the ball 18 times for 47 yards.

Junior Ryan Lee led the charge for the Black Hills State defense with nine solo tackles and two assisted tackles. Sophomore Joey Brown finished the contest with 92 all-purpose yards and 10 total tackles.

The Yellow Jackets will return to Lyle Hare Stadium as they are set to square off against the Minot State Beavers on Saturday, November 5 in Spearfish, kick-off is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. MT.
