The Yellow Jackets had a successful weekend on the road as they added another provisional mark to the fold with Breanne Fuller provisionally qualifying in the 200-meter dash.
 
Fuller placed second in the 200-meter dash after running a personal best time of 24.35. This time also now stands as the school record in the women's 200-meter dash breaking a twelve-year-old record set in 2010 by Shannon Hellman of 24.42. Fuller also competed in the 100-meter dash where she took first overall with a time of 11.95.
 
Kyla Sawvell earned a season best mark in the shot put with a mark of 14.77m (48' 5.5"). This mark moves Sawvell from 14th to seventh nationally. Sawvell is now ranked in the top ten of two events as she is also ranked sixth in the hammer throw. This weekend in the hammer throw Sawvell earned a second first place finish with a mark of 58.31m (191' 4"). The final event Sawvell competed in was discus where she finished in second with a mark of 43.82m (143' 9").
 
Gevin Paas competed in both the discus and the hammer throw this weekend. In the discus Paas took second with a mark of 48.54m (159' 3"). In the hammer throw Paas took ninth with a mark of 52.03 (170' 8").
