CHADRON, Neb. – Black Hills State track and field competed in the conference championship meet again on Saturday and saw two top-three finishers at the Nelson Physical Activity Center in Chadron.
 
Breanne Fuller once again showed up and showed out in her 200m dash appearance on Saturday, blazing a third-place, 24.64 dash time that qualified her for the 200m finals on Sunday, April 30. Fuller now qualifies for finals in two events as her day one performance saw her clinch a spot in the 100m dash on Friday.
 
Sully Mack competed in the men's discus throw during Saturday's meet and nailed a 48.70m throw that landed him on the championship podium in third place.
 
The men's decathlon wrapped up on Saturday afternoon, in which Conor McGraw represented BHSU in the 10-event competition. The junior out of Hannah, Wyoming landed in the top five after the decathlon events, aided by second-place performances in the 110m hurdles (15.89), discus throw (41.18), and javelin throw (45.00m). In total, McGraw tabulated 6,140 points in the competition.

The 2023 RMAC Championships will conclude on Sunday, April 30 with running event finals and the remainder of the field competitions. Field events will kick off at 9:30 a.m. with the men's javelin throws and the running events are slated to kick off at 12:30 p.m. with the men's and women's 4x100m relays.
