SPEARFISH, S.D. – The Black Hills State University track and field teams head back down to CSU Pueblo this weekend for the Spank Blasing Invite in Pueblo, Colorado. It marks the second-straight weekend parts of the BHSU Track & Field Teams head down to CSU Pueblo.

JACKETS TO NOTE
Black Hills State opened the Outdoor slate with the distance runners competing at the CSU Pueblo Early Bird Invite, placing five athletes inside the top-50 in the Steeplechase in Division II.
This weekend will mark the first meet for most of the remaining squad, heading to compete at the CSU Pueblo ThunderBowl.
Brett Glaser (Gr., Glasgow, Mont.) is set to compete in three events this weekend including the long jump, 400-meter, and the 110-meter hurdles.
The BHSU 4x100m relay team of
Brendan Flock (Fr., Torrington, Wyo.),
Jace Johnson (Fr., Rapid City, S.D.),
Nicholas Hale (Jr., Sheridan, Wyo.), and
Jude Guevara (Fr., Cheyenne, Wyo.) will compete in their first race of the outdoor season.
On the women's side,
Kendall Tietjen (So., Clearmont, Wyo.) and
Sophie Curtis (Sr., Bettendorf, Iowa) are both slated to run the 400-meter.
Kitrie Frank (Jr., Red Lodge, Mont.) will compete in the Javelin throw.
Braden Anderson (So., Haxtun, Colo.) will compete in the 800-meter run for the Yellow Jackets.
