COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference announced the recipients of this week's indoor men's and women's track & field awards on Wednesday afternoon, which included Black Hills State University's
Drew Lehman receiving field athlete of the week honors on the men's side. The accolade comes after the sophomore re-broke his own triple jump record this past weekend at Chadron State's Don Holst Open, a top mark in the school record books that he took over after Mike Lehnus held it for 50 years.

- Two weeks removed from breaking a 50-year old school record in the triple jump and being the first in school history to jump 48' in the event, Lehmann re-broke his school record and became the first Yellow Jacket to ever jump 50' in the event as he notched a mark of 15.26m (50' 0.75") for the victory at the Don Holst Open on Saturday. The jump makes him the first in the RMAC to clear 49' and puts him seventh nationally in the event.
