Schlabs’ First Team All-RMAC Honor Highlights Three Yellow Jacket All-Conference Selections

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) announced their selections for the 2025-26 First Team, Second Team and Honorable Mention All-RMAC honors on Wednesday afternoon following a vote by the league's coaches. BHSU had three players receive All-RMAC honors. These included Bradie Schlabs, who was named First-Team All-RMAC, Brinlee McRae, who earned Second Team All-RMAC, and Sawyer Stoebner, who received All-RMAC Honorable Mention.

Reigning All-RMAC Second Team Bradie Schlabs is the first Yellow Jacket to earn First Team All-RMAC since Danica Kocer and Niki Van Wyk in 2022-23. She was the only starter returning this year. She was named to the Preseason All-RMAC Team. She averaged 10.4 points per game, which was second on team, 4.1 rebounds, and 5.5 assists. After becoming the first player in BHSU history to have 300 points, 100 rebounds, and 100 assists in a season last year and she is eight points away from reaching those marks again. The sophomore has reached ten points in 15 of the 27 games this season including season-highs of 23 in the season opener versus St. Edward's and also in the win over Adams State. Schlabs is now ranked fourth in the RMAC in assists/turnover ratio (1.45), eighth in the country and first in the RMAC in total assists (148), and is sixth in the country and is leading the conference in assists per game (5.5). She has had two assists in every game this year and has had four in 23 of 27. She also has two steals in 14 of the last 22 games including a career-high five versus CSU Pueblo. She had a career-high 11 assists in the win over CSU Pueblo.

Brinlee McRae is the only senior on the team and has been a leader and brought since arriving. The senior has been on a tear recently. She has jumped from eighth on the team in scoring to first and is averaging 11.5 points per game and 3.8 rebounds per game. games there, while coming back and scoring eight points with four assists against Regis. She has reached double-figures in 13 games in a row and reached 15 points in seven of those 12. She is currently shooting 44.9 percent from the field on 292 shots and has multiple threes in eight of the last 12 games, including four versus Regis. She had the best regular season game of her career against MSU Denver, where she dropped a career-high 27 points and six rebounds. She then completely blew that out of the water in her sole RMAC tournament game so far when she dropped a career-high 31 points against Western Colorado going 12-19 (.632) from the field and 6-7 (.857) both of which were career-highs. The 85.7 percent tied the BHSU program record for three-point percentage.

Sawyer Stoebner is third on the team in scoring with 8.1 points per game. She is also leading the team with 6.6 rebounds, which is ninth in the conference. Stoebner is second in the RMAC in offensive rebounds per game (2.9). Stoebner had a career-high 20 points against Minnesota Crookston where she shot 7-11 (.636) from the field and 6-10 (.600) from the charity stripe. She also had a career-high 14 rebounds in the last week of the regular season against Westminster. She has two double-doubles this year versus MSU Denver (11 points, 13 rebounds) and in the second game versus UCCS (12 points, 10 rebounds). She has reached double figure scoring ten times and has grabbed six or more rebounds 16 times.
