2015 Outdoor: Hit NCAA provisional qualifying mark in discus at 150-3 at RMAC Outdoor Track and Field Championship… Earned a bronze medal at RMAC Championship in discus and javelin throw… Set personal-best marks in both the discus (150-3) and javelin (121-2)… Earned five first place finishes throughout the outdoor season… Named to RMAC Academic Honor Roll…

2014-15 Indoor: Competed in seven meets throughout the season… Set personal bests in the shot put (13.14 meters) and weight throw (14.21 meters)… Placed sixth in the shot put at the RMAC Championship… 

2013-2014 Indoor – At the YJ Holiday Meet she competed in the shot put and weight throw placing 3^rd in the shot put with a throw of 12.5 meters and she placed 5^th in the weight throw with a toss of 13.76 meters… At the Myrle Hanson Memorial Open she placed 2^nd in the shot put with a throw of 12.08m and 2^nd in the weight throw with a toss of 13.79m… She placed 5^th in the shot put with a throw of 12.10m and she placed 4^th in the weight throw with a toss of 13.99m at the NSU Open… At the Dave Little Alumni Mile Avery placed 13^th in the weight throw with a toss of 13.29m and 7^th in the shot put with a throw of 12.46m… She placed 6^th in the weight throw with a toss of 13.97m and 5^th in the shot put with a toss of 11.52m at the Chadron State Twilight meet… At the Eagles and Jackets Invite she placed 6^th in the shot put with a throw of 12.35m and 6^th in the weight throw with a throw of 14.01m… At the 2014 Rock Open she placed 2^nd in the shot put with a throw of 12.71m and she placed 3^rd in the weight throw with a PR of 14.16m… She placed 13^th in the weight throw with a throw of 13.87m and 11^th in the shot put with a throw of 11.58 at the Parents Day Open… At the RMAC Championship Avery placed 8^th with a PR throw of 12.86m and she placed 17^th in the weight throw with a toss of 13.04m…

2014 Outdoor - – Placed 4^th in the Discus Throw at the YJ Spring Opener with a distance of 41.25m, 1^st in the Javelin throw with a distance of 34.15 m, 7^th with a throw of 38.19m in the Hammer, and 6^th place in the Shot Put with a distance of 11.32m…At the UNK Loper Invite she finished 11^th in the Javelin with a throw of 30.63m and 4^th in the Discus Throw with a distance of 39.03m…SD Mines Bauer Invite placed her 4^th in the Discus Throw at 38.53m, 6^th place in the Shot Put with a distance of 12.50m, and 1^st place in the Javelin with a throw of 35.17m(PR)…The Battlin’Bears/YJ Open brought Avery 2^nd place in the Javelin throw with a distance of 32.25m, 2^nd in the Shot Put with a throw of 12.28m, and 2^nd in the Discus Throw with a measure of 40.53m…RMAC brought the following awards for Avery, 5^th place in the Discus Throw with a distance of 43.14m(PR), 7^th place in Javelin with a throw of 34.98m, 10^th in Shot Put at 11.50m and 16^th place in the Hammer with a throw of 38.43(PR).

High School and Personal Data: Avery was a three sport athlete at Natrona County HS in Casper Wyo. where se earned varsity letters in basketball, volleyball, and track…before BH she transferred from Casper College…intended major Exercise Science.
