2021: Competed in four meets for the Yellow Jackets … Placed first at the Hardrocker XC Invite … Placed sixth out of 327 runners at the Roy Griak Invitational … Earned a 32nd place finish at the RMAC Championship Meet … Earned a 25th place finish at the NCAA Division II South Central Region Cross Country Championships … Ran a career best 5K at the SD Mines Hardrocker XC Classic with a time of 18:31.2  … Ran a career best 6K at the NCAA DII South Central Region Cross Country Championships with a time of 21:33.0.

2020: Competed in two meets for the Yellow Jackets. Placed second at the Gage McSpadden Memorial with a time of 23:52.85. Placed 32nd at the RMAC Cross Country Championships with a time of 23:05.6.

2019: Ran in five meets … finished seventh in the 3.1M at the Frontier XC Preview (9/13) … placed 54th in the 6K at the RMAC Cross Country Championships (10/26) and 62nd at the NCAA DII South Central Region Cross Country Championships (11/9).

2018: Competed in five meets … finished seventh at each the Gage McSpadden Memorial (9/21) and the NCAA DII West Region Preview (10/12) … placed 65th in the 6K at the RMAC Cross Country Championships.

Before BHSU: Graduated from Seward High School in Alaska.
