2022: Competed in six meets for BHSU in 2022… Started the season with a third-place personal best time at the Gage McSpadden Memorial 6k (19:01.3)… placed first at the Chadron State Collegiate Invite 6k (19:20.95)… clocked out in second at the Yellowjacket Open 8k (24:45.9)… ran a personal best 8k at the NCAA Pre-National Meet (24:36.3).
 
2021: Competed in four meets for the Yellow Jackets … Placed seventh at the Hardrocker XC Invite … Placed third at the Gage McSpadden Memorial … Placed 19th out of 374 runners at the Roy Griak Invitational … Earned a 61st place finish at the NCAA Division II South Central Region Cross Country Championships … Earned a career best 10K time at the NCAA DII South Central Region Cross Country Championships with a time of 32:13.0 … Earned a career best 8K time of 26:03.4 at the Roy Griak Invite … Earned a career best 6K time at the Gage McSpadden Memorial with a time of 20:12.6.

2020: Competed in two meets for the Yellow Jackets ... Placed sixth at the Gage McSpadden Memorial with a time of 28:12.87 ... Placed 70th at the RMAC Cross Country Championships with a time of 27:40.2.

Before BHSU: Member of the first Cross Country State Champion team in his high school’s history in 2019 … cross country All-Conference and Conference Champions in 2018 and 2019 … 2019 and 2020 Indoor State Championships … 2019 Outdoor All-Conference in the 800m in 2019 … best times in 5K (16:52), 1,600 (4:42) and 800 (1:58.88) … 2019 and 2020 letter in academics.
