2022-23: Competed in 13 meets for the Yellow Jackets between indoor and outdoor as a sprinter and hurdler… recorded a career-low time in the 200m at the Myrle Hanson Open (29.86)… recorded a career benchmark time in the 60m hurdles at the SDSU Indoor Classic (10.04) to place 43^rd overall… tallied another career-best in the 400m dash at the Stinger Open (1:02.87) to finish in third… hit a career-best in the 400m hurdles at the USD Early Bird (1:06.56) to place 14^th… hit one last personal best at the 2023 RMAC Outdoor Championship in the 100m hurdles (16.11) and placed 15^th.
 
Before BHSU: Competed for the Buffalo H.S. track and field and cross country teams thorugh all four years of high school... was a member of the State Champion 4x800m relay team her freshman campaign, was also named to All-State that year... broke the school record in the 300m hurdles, placed third at the state meet in the same competition while placing top-five in the 100m hurdles, all in her junior year... holds personal bests in the 100m hurdles (16.65), 300m hurdles (46.83), and 400m (1:02.00)... is the daughter of Brad and Christa Tietjen
