Black Hills State University Athletics

Braelon Roberts joined the Black Hills State University football staff as an Offensive Graduate Assistant prior to the 2020 season where he serves as a wide receivers coach.

Prior to BHSU, Roberts was a wide receiver at Utah State where he was a three-year starter, four-year letter winner and captain on the leadership committee group. Roberts played in 42 career games under Matt Wells at Utah State (2014-2017). He then went on to join the Oakland Raiders following the 2018 draft.

A native of Dallas,Texas and a graduate of Bishop Dunne High School, Roberts was a 3 star recruit according to Rivals. He graduated from USU in the fall of 2017 with a sociology degree and is currently pursuing a masters degree in strategic leadership.
