Biography

2013: Butler played six games in his third season with the Yellow Jackets…he carried the ball 46 times for 150 yards (3.3 avg)… the junior scored one touchdown…had one reception for 47 yards having a total of 197 yards in the season. 

2012:  Butler was a reserve running-back that carried the ball 67 times for 318 yards (4.7 avg) and 3 TD and had 15 receptions for 85 yards ... Butler also saw a little time defensively and on special teams where he totaled 4 tackles (2 solo, 1 TFL, 1 FF) on the season.

2011:  Butler played in eight games for the Yellow Jackets during his freshman season. Butler picked up 276 total yards on 46 carries, averaging 6 yards per carry. Butler ran for two touchdowns on the season. Butler also added 12 recieving yards on two catches for Black Hills State.

2010:  Butler redshirted for the Yellow Jackets.

HIGH SCHOOL AND PERSONAL DATA:  Trent is the son of Rick and Bonnie Butler from Evergreen, Colo. Butler graduated from Evergreen High School in 2010 where he was a three sport athlete earning varsity letters in football (4), track and field (1) and lacrosse (2).
