2012: Kraft had an outstanding cross season in 2012…was victorious in the first three meets of the year…was a top 10 finisher at the prestigious Roy Griak Invitational in Minneapolis, MN…was the top Yellow Jacket finisher at the RMAC Championships where he finished 33^rd overall on the 8K course (26:51.00)…ran a season best 8K time of 25:15.00 at the last meet of the season…indoor he ran a 3000m best time of 8:45.85 which is 13^th All-Time…member of the Distance Medley Relay team that was second at the RMAC Championships and ran a NCAA provisional qualifying time…outdoor ran times that placed him eighth in the 1500m and 10^th in the 3000m Steeplechase on the BHSU All-Time list.

 2011:  In cross country he was a 5^th place finisher at the USF Independent Championships where he ran 26:14.20… was the #2 runner for the Yellow Jackets and placed 31^st at the Roy Griak Invite in a time of  26:20…indoor & outdoor redshirted.

2010:   Kraft finished in 10^th (27:29) at the DAC CC Championships earning himself DAC All-Conference honors…he was selected at the DAC Freshman-of-the-Year…he finished 105^th at NAIA Nationals…selected as a DAC All-Scholar honoree…indoor DAC All-Conference runner…4^th in the mile at the DAC Championships (4:29.68)…outdoor DAC All-Conference runner……placed 2^nd in the steeplechase at the DAC Outdoor Championships (9:33.98)…finished 13^th at the NAIA nationals in the 3000m Steeplechase.

High School and Personal Data:  Parents are Julie & Gerald Kraft…he is newly married to Sonja (Erickson) Kraft...major is Environmental Physical Science & Business Management…graduated from Wessington Springs HS in Wessington Springs, SD in 2009…two-time Conference and Regional Champion in cross country…All-State in Cross Country…three-time State runner-up in class B…part of a three-time State B Championship team…holds high school record in the mile and 4x800 m relay…State Champion in the mile and the 4x800 relay in 2009 and 2010…State Champion in the 3200m in 2010.
