Halley Busse joined the Yellow Jackets as Women’s Basketball Graduate Assistant in August 2021.
Prior to BHSU, Busse played basketball collegiately at Wayne State College in Nebraska. During her time there, she was named All-NSIC Second Team in both her junior and senior seasons, and was also named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence as a senior.
Busse averaged 14.2 points and 3.1 rebounds per game in her 2020-21 senior campaign, and closed her WSC career ranking sixth in assists (339) and 21st in all-time scoring with 1,168 points.
Busse graduated from Wayne State with a bachelor’s degree in K-12 physical education, and is currently working towards her master’s degree in teaching in special education at BHSU.
