2014: Competed in six meets in 2014… Placed 5th at the Gillette College Invitational in 19:46… Placed 11th at the home Yellow Jacket Invitational in 21:36.99… Honorable Mention RMAC All-Academic…

2013: Competed in five meets… Had a season-best 20:07.7 at the MSU Billings Invitational finishing 38th in the 5K… Season-best in the 6K came at the NCAA South Central Region Championship in 25:04.7… 

2012: Top times for Miles her rookie season included a 4K time of 17:07; 20:28 in the 5K; and a 26:10.5 over the 6K distance…she competed at the RMAC  Championships and placed 76th overall…indoor Miles ran a 5:48.93 mile time and competed in that event at the RMAC…outdoor Sierra ran personal best times of 5:13.60 in the 1500 and 12:14.70 in the 3000m. 

 

High School & Personal Data: Parents are Steve & Tammi Miles….intended major in human services…she graduated with honors from Montrose HS in 2012…she earned three letters basketball, volleyball and cross country…she was a four-time letterwinner in track & field.
