2016: Competed in four triathlons… Placed 11^th at the Central Region Qualifier in Naperville, Illinois with a time of 1:10:50… Owned the eighth fastest run time of 21:17 at the Qualifier…  Placed ninth and set a personal best time of 1:08:30 at the Littlefoot Triathlon… Placed fifth at the Powell3 Triathlon with a time of 1:24:13… Finished 31^st at Nationals with a time of 1:13:12…

2014-15 Indoor: Competed in seven meets during the indoor season… Set a personal-best time of 28.42 in the 200-meter dash at the Myrle Hanson Open… Set a personal-best in the high jump of 1.55 meters at the Stinger Open… Placed second at the Stinger open in the high jump… 

2013-2014 Indoor – At the YJ Open Kate placed 3^rd in the High Jump posting a jump of 1.46m… She placed 3^rd at the Myrle Hanson Memorial Open in the high jump with a jump of 1.40m… Kate placed 5^th in the high jump at the NSU Open with a jump of 1.53M… At the Dave Little Alumni Mile she placed 8^th in the high jump, posting a 1.45m jump… Kate placed 3^rd in the high jump with a jump of 1.50m at the Chadron State Twilight meet… At the Eagles and Jackets Invite she set a PR in the high jump with a jump of 1.55m, which placed her 3^rd… At the Rock Open she placed 5^th in the high jump with a jump of 1.43m, and she placed 3^rd in the 400m with a time of 1:04.06… At the RMAC Championship Kate placed 2^nd in the 200m with a time of 29.39, and she placed 10^th in the high jump posting a jump of 1.51m…

2014 Outdoor - 5^th place in the 400m with a time of 1:02.86(PR) at the YJ Spring Opener…The INK Loper Invitational brought 5^th place in the 4x4 relay with a time of 4:14.35 and 9^th place in the High Jump with a jump of 1.43m…she competed in the SD Mines Bauer Invitational and earned 6^th place in the 400m with a time of 1:04.59 and 5^th place in the High Jump with a distance of 1.43m.

High School and Personal Data: Kate was a four sport athlete at Burnsville HS in Apple Valley, MN where she earned five varsity letters in track, three in basketball, and one in cross country…daughter of Mark and Michele Griffin…intended major Education.
