In May of 2024, Jeff Codevilla officially returned to his alma mater as the new Coordinator of Multimedia and Video Production.
Jeff was born and raised in Dubois Wyoming, where he played basketball and ran track for Dubois High School. He received his Associates of Applied Sciences degree in Photographic Communications from Northwest College in 2019. He also attended the University of Wyoming for one year before transferring to BHSU in the fall of 2021.
Previously, he was a well known student-worker for BHSU Athletics for 3 seasons as a gameday photographer while earning a bachelor’s degree in fine arts for Photography at BHSU. After graduating in December of 2023, Jeff was chosen for his new full-time role in April of 2024.
Jeff’s previous accomplishments include: Montana Professional Photographers Association Best Image in Student Category in 2019 and 2020, multiple features in the Dubois Frontier, University of Wyoming Branding Iron, and Northern Wyoming News newspapers, published photo work in various Deadwood Chamber of Commerce advertising campaigns, and had images used in the LG USA Campus Clash video series BHSU won in a social media battle against South Dakota Mines in 2023.
In his role, Jeff is responsible for the BHSU live streams on the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) Network and the overall game day experience for Yellow Jacket fans. He oversees student workers in the athletic video production, the game scripts, hype video creation, and other multimedia services of the athletic department.
