Spearfish, S.D. – The Black Hills State men's basketball team defeated Morningside 78-66 behind a 20-point effort from senior Cain Atkinson in the final game of the Perkins Tip-Off Classic.

Black Hills State had four players score double-digit points on the evening.  Seniors Clay Pottorff and Will John Johnson finished with 14 and 11 points, respectively.  Fellow senior Travis Haney added 10 points off the bench.

The Yellow Jackets will return to action Friday, November 5 when they take on Mount Marty in Yankton, S.D.  Game time is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. CT/6:30 p.m. MT and the broadcast can be heard on KDSJ 980 AM.
