Spearfish, S.D. - The Black Hills State University men's basketball team defeated Peru State 93-71 at the Donald Young Center in Spearfish, S.D. Friday night to move to 10-2 on the season.

The Yellow Jackets balanced attack and lights-out three point shooting helped them to a dominating win. They were led by senior Cain Atkinson who finished the contest with 27 points while shooting 7-12 from behind the arc.  The Yellow Jackets had three other players with double figures, Will John Johnson (13), Luke Enos (12), and Tanner Adler (10). Johnson also had two blocks and 11 rebounds to go with his 13 points to make a double-double.

Black Hills State will return to action Saturday, December 4th as they take on University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, C.O.  Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. MT.
