Rapid City, S.D. – The Black Hills State University Women's Basketball Team fell to Lindenwood University by a score of 69-62 in the second day of the S.D. Mines & Technology Classic to fall to 2-4 on the season.
The Yellow Jackets shooting troubles continued as they shot just 34% from the field, 23.5% from behind the arc and made 85% of their free throws. Black Hills State was led by senior Kristi Ryan who finished the contest with 14 points, four rebounds and two steals. Ryan was one of three Yellow Jackets to net double digit points, followed by junior Morgan Mines and sophomore Jordan Kent who each added 11 points.
Black Hills State will return to action on Friday, December 2 as they host former DAC foe Dickinson State at the Donald E. Young Center in Spearfish, tip-off is slated for 5:30 p.m.
