Minot, N.D. - The Black Hills State University men's basketball team defeated Minot State 69-50 to advance to 22-5 overall with a mark of 11-2 in the Dakota Athletic Conference (DAC).  With the victory the Yellow Jackets secured the DAC regular season title.

The Yellow Jackets were led by senior Will John Johnson who recorded his 17th double-double of the season scoring 23 points and pulling down 22 rebounds.  Senior Luke Enos also recorded a double-double scoring 14 points and grabbing 12 boards.  Senior Cain Atkinson was the only other Yellow Jacket scoring in double-figures with 12.  Black Hills State had a 37-21 lead over the Beavers at the half.  The Yellow Jackets shot the ball well making 43.3% from the field and 46% from three-point range.
