Chadron, Neb. – Black Hills State University volleyball team dropped a match in three sets tonight in Chadron, Neb. The Yellow Jackets were unable to top the Chadron State Eagles losing by scores of 21-25, 24-26, and 20-25.
The Yellow Jackets were unable to find a win despite a solid offensive performance by junior middle hitter Kylee Lamb who had 10 kills on 19 attempts. Lamb recorded a hitting percentage of .316 and also added nine assisted blocks and an ace.
This loss against a future RMAC conference opponent moves the Yellow Jackets to a 3-8 record for the season. The Yellow Jackets are back in action again on Saturday at 4 p.m. MT as they travel to Grand Junction, CO to take on Mesa State in the first game of a four game road trip.
