Box Score SPEARFISH, S.D. – The Black Hills State University men's basketball team lost a tough on to the nation's No. 6 ranked team, Metro State (7-0, 4-0 RMAC) Friday night. The Jackets battled throughout, but ultimately fell 80-67. Tommy Earl led all scorers finishing with 19 points on 8 of 14 shooting from the field. Cameron Anderson also had a strong performance with 16 points and 5 rebounds. Myles Henry and Yoshio Allen played major roles off the bench finishing with 13 and 11 points respectively. Henry Led the Jackets in rebounding with 6.
The Road Runners were led by Mitch McCarron finishing with 19 points. Brandon Jefferson and Nicholas Kay were the others in double digits for Metro State, finishing with 13 and 12 respectively.
The Yellow Jackets look to bounce back tomorrow night at home against Regis University. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30 PM.
