SPEARFISH, S.D. – Another outstanding team performance led Black Hills State University women's basketball team (5-4, 4-2 RMAC) to a 95-83 victory against Regis University (5-4, 3-2 RMAC) of Colorado. The Lady Yellow Jackets were an offensive and defensive force, shooting 58% from the field while forcing 26 turnovers. Cassidy Kotelman led BHSU women in scoring with 21 points and dishing out four assists. Chelsey Biegler finished the game with 17 points, while teammate Dakota Barrie knocked down 16. Courtney Patterson ended the night with 15 points and seven boards.

The Lady Yellow Jackets have earned a well-deserved holiday break, and will return to conference action on January 3, 2014 against Adams State in Alamosa, Colorado. The players and coaching staff would like to wish you all a happy holiday season.
