DICKINSON, N.D. – The Black Hills State University softball team dropped a doubleheader to Dickinson State Tuesday afternoon in Dickinson, North Dakota.
The Yellow Jackets fell 7-1 and 6-3 to the Blue Hawks who are now 7-1 against NCAA Division II competition.
Junior Lauren Lesniak hit a two-run home run in the day's second game where she went 2-for-3. Freshman Alex Wiley was 4-for-7 over the two games while fellow freshman Morgan Smith was 3-for-6 on the afternoon where she tallied a single, a double and a triple.

Black Hills State travels to Colorado Christian for a four-game series beginning Saturday.
