COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Jonah Theisen was named to the RMAC Indoor Track and Field All-Academic First Team, the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference announced on Tuesday morning. Ten other men and 16 women were named to the Honor Roll.
Theisen was named to the First Team after earning All-American honors after being a member of the Yellow Jacket distance medley relay team which finished sixth at the Indoor National Championships. He holds a 3.889 GPA as a physical science major, and was recently named as a recipient of a prestigious NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship.
To be honored, student-athletes have to have at least a 3.3 GPA as a sophomore or above.
