Black Hills State softball will now be playing a pair of doubleheaders at Adams State on Thursday, March 11 and Friday, March 12.

The previously scheduled Saturday-Sunday games were moved up to Thursday-Friday due to inclement weather in the forecast. The two teams will play at 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. on Thursday and at 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. on Friday.

The Yellow Jackets are 2-6 on the season, both overall and in RMAC play, after splitting their first four games with New Mexico Highlands to open the season.

As a team this season, Adams State is 1-9 after earning its first win in game one of a March 7 doubleheader. Last year, the team finished with a 4-14 record in the pandemic-shortened season.
