COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Black Hills State men's basketball junior
Adam Moussa was named RMAC Offensive Player of the Week Monday afternoon.
Moussa totaled 48 points, 13 rebounds, nine assists, and two steals over the two-game weekend which included wins over Metro State and No. 8/10 Colorado Mines.
He recorded a double-double with 27 points and 10 rebounds on Friday at MSUD before his 21-point, three rebound performance Saturday at CSM. In Saturday's game against the Orediggers, Moussa hit a game-tying 3-pointer in the final seconds of regulation before winning in overtime.
In the RMAC, Moussa leads in assists, both in total assists (57) and assists per game (5.7). He is also in the top-25 in scoring (12.3 points per game) and rebounding (6.5 per game).
This is Moussa's first Player of the Week honor this year, and of his career.
