Black Hills State softball continues its long road stretch with a pair of doubleheaders at Metro State this weekend.

Games will start at 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 18 and then 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Sunday, March 19 in Denver, Colo.

Metro is 19-8 overall this season and 15-1 in RMAC play. Their they started the RMAC season with 15 straight wins, sweeping Adams State, UCCS, and CSU Pueblo before taking three of four from Chadron State.

The Roadrunners will be coming off a pair of non-conference games against Fort Hays State, splitting their doubleheader on Tuesday, March 14.

BHSU is 4-27 all-time against Metro dating back to 2010. Last season, the Yellow Jackets won one of their four-game set, taking game two on Saturday, March 26, 6-3.

The Yellow Jackets are coming off a series at Adams State, taking one of four against them.
