EDMOND, OKLA.- The Yellow Jackets were unable to get a win on day one of the OC/UCO Festival as they fall in game one to Cameron and then fell in game two to #25 Central Oklahoma. Despite some good baserunners against Cameron, BHSU was unable to get a lot of crooked numbers and then the Yellow Jackets got run-ruled in the second game despite getting bases loaded in the fifth, BHSU was not able to get a run across.

HOW IT HAPPENED – GAME 1
- Chloe Broussard walked to start the game, then Brynn Webber hit a single to advance Broussard and Geschwill walked Gardella to load the bases. Kyndal McDaniel hit a single to score Broussard and Webber to get a 2-0 lead and then Madyson Boutwell singled to load the bases again. Dakota Poag took over for Geschwill and threw a wild pitch that scored Gardella to make it 3-0. Rylee Ross hit a sacrifice fly and then Boutwell scored on an error to make it 5-0 Cameron. Poag got the next two batters out with the Aggies up 5-0.
- Webber singled to begin the second with one out and then Gardella walked. McDaniel hit a double to score a Webber and give Cameron a 6-0 lead before Poag struck out the next two batters to get out of the inning.
- After that inning, the defense settled down and held the Aggies to one hit until the bottom of the fifth when the BHSU offense got a little going. Sammie Kaufman-Warner got a one out single and then with two outs, Caylee Mann singled to advance her to third base. Alyssa Wong was hit by a pitch to load the bases and Jessica Melendez hit a single to score Kaufman-Warner and cut the lead to 6-1. Fouras walked to score Mann and cut the lead even more to 6-2 before a strikeout ended the threat.
- In the top of the seventh, Gardella hit a double to begin the inning, McDaniel also hit a double but no one scored as the Cameron pinch-runner was left on third. Poag got the next two batters to groundout, but Cameron did get one across to make the score 7-2 and Camryn Hunkins singled to score another batter at 8-2. BHSU got two on in the seventh, but that was as far as they went with Cameron winning 8-2.

HOW IT HAPPENED- GAME 2
- Maci George hit a leadoff homer on a 2-2 count and then with one out, the next two batters walked and Kadence Brewster doubled to score another run and give OCU a 2-0 lead through one inning.
- The second inning was where OCU broke it open. Jill Dickson singled, Ally McDougal doubled and Dickson scored on a throwing error to make it 3-0 with McDougal going to third. George reached on an error and McDougal scored to make it 4-0. Brewster tripled to score George and she scored immediately after on a groundout which made it 6-0. A walk and a double by Kallie Rupp scored another run to make it 7-0 before the inning ended on a strikeout.
- Dickson walked, stole a base, and advanced to third on a groundout. George walked and stole second. Danae Lopez singled to score both girls on base and make it 9-0 and then a triple from Victoria Brazil scored Lopez to make it 10-0.
- Geschwill came in to get the final four outs and BHSU had a chance to extend the game in the fifth when they had bases loaded with one out after a Wong walk, a Gracie Oswald single, and a Reyes Mims hit by pitch, but two straight outs ended the game in the fifth with OCU winning 10-0.
