HIGH SCHOOL AND PERSONAL DATA: Shanna comes to BHSU after having played two seasons at Western Wyoming Community College in Rock Springs, Wyo. where she was named All-Region after averaging 15.2 ppg, 5.9 rpg and 3.4 apg … in 2011 she graduated from Mountain View High in Orem, Utah with a 3.7 GPA … at MVHS she was earned First Team All-State and All-Region honors and was an All-Star MVP … her team won the state title in her sophomore season and was team captain for two years … her favorite athlete is Skylar Diggins … upon enrolling at BHSU she intends on studying Secondary Education.

Coach Nore's Take: "Shanna is a tremendous person and proven leader.  She is a hard guard because she can play a variety of positions and score a variety of ways.  Shanna comes from a very successful junior college and has won a lot of games in her career.  She knows how to win.  I think Shanna's best attribute is her maturity and how she carries herself with her teammates.  She is always willing to do what's best for the team."
