2015-16 Indoor: Competed in four meets… Won the 60-meter dash with a season-best 7.99 seconds at the Conglomerate Open…

2015 Outdoor: Competed in two meets due to injury… Ran a personal-best in the 100-meter dash at the Jack Christensen Invitational at 12.95 seconds… Also competed on the 4x1 relay team at RMAC Championship… 

2014-15 Indoor: Competed in eight meets during the season… Set the school record in the 60-meter dash at the RMAC Championships in a time of 7.93 seconds… Set a personal-best in the 200-meter dash in 26.77 at the Stinger Open… Won the 60-m dash at the Dave Little Alumni Open… 

High School and Personal Data: Daughter of Harry and Jessie, Heidi was a three sport athlete involved in volleyball, basketball, and track at McIntosh here in South Dakota. Before attending BH, Heidi's high school honors included salutatorian, and a varsity letter in each of the sports she participated in. Also, VanLishout placed 8th at State Track and she had been going to state every year since 7th grade. The events she participates in here at BH are a variety of short sprints. Finally, VanLishout is majoring in business with a focus on accounting.
