2012:  O’Neill played in all 30 matches as a junior…she led the team in total kills (350), kills/set (3.15), and total attacks (926)…she was second on the team in service aces, racking up 24…she posted 50 blocks and 218 digs on the season…posted two-20 kill games this season vs. Missouri Western and Western State...was voted to All-Tournament teams at both Northern State tournament and BHSU tournament.

2011:  O'Neill saw action in all 31 matches for the Yellow Jackets during her sophomore season. O'Neill recorded 305 kills, averaged 2.80 kills per set, and led the team in attempts with a total of 898. O'Neill also tallied 240 digs on the season for an average of 2.20 digs per set.

2010:  O'Neill recorded 266 kills and 55 total blocks.
