2017 Cross Country RMAC Academic Honor Roll

2019: Placed fourth in the 3.1M at the Frontier XC Preview (9/13) … finished 94th in the 6K at the RMAC Cross Country Championships (10/26) and 143rd at the NCAA DII South Central Region Cross Country Championships (11/9).

2018: Won the 5K at the SD Mines Hard Rocker Cross Country Classic (9/1) … finished second in the 5K at the Gage McSpadden Memorial (9/21) … placed first in the 3.73M at the NCAA DII West Region Preview (10/12) … finished 19th in the 6K at the NCAA DII South Central Region Cross Country Championships (11/17) and 32nd at the NCAA DII Championships (12/1).

2017: Competed in three meets … finished a season-best 23rd at the Gage McSpadden Invitational (9/8).

2016: Raced in seven meets … finished third at the Gage McSpadden Invitational (9/9) with a time of 16:30.6.

Before BHSU: Competed in three state cross country meets … three-time Academic All-State Selection for track, two times for basketball and one year in cross country … All-Conference Selection for track … two-time MVP in Cross Country … career best: 3 mile (19:59), 3200 meter run (12:40), 1600-meter run (5:41) and 800-meter run (2:43) … member of the National Honor Society … daughter of Jolinda and Clinton Allerdings … one sister, Brandi.
