2019: Competed in four meets … placed 11th in the 6K at the Frontier XC Preview (9/13) … finished 34th in the 6K at the RMAC Cross Country Championships (10/26) and 38th in the NCAA DII South Central Region Cross Country Championships (11/9).

2018: Ran in six meets … placed 13th in the 5K at the Gage McSpadden Memorial (9/21) … finished eighth in the 3.73 M at the NCAA DII West Region Preview (10/12) … placed 38th in the 6K at the RMAC Cross Country Championships (11/3) … finished 41st in the 6K at the NCAA DII South Central Region Cross Country Championships (11/17) and 224th at the NCAA DII Championships.

2017: Competed in six meets … finished in a season-best fourth place at the Yellowjacket Invitational (10/7) … placed a team-best 40th at the RMAC Championships (10/21) in 23:36.7) … finished in a season-best 37th at the South Central Region Championship (11/4).

2016: Raced in three meets … best place finish was 26th at the MSU-Billings Open (10/8) with a time of 20:06.0.

Before BHSU: Named Prep Athlete of the Week … team captain for the 2014 and 2015 seasons … career bests in 5k (19:54), 1,600 meter run (5:29), 800 meter run (2:21), 400 meter dash (00:59) … daughter of Barbara and Gregg Fredrick … one brother, Nate … brother runs cross country and track for BHSU.
