2022: Competed in all six meets for the Yellow Jackets… led the Yellow Jackets with a second place finish and a personal best in the Gage McSpadden Memorial 6k (18:57.9)… landed second once again at the Chadron State Invite (19:23.59)… hit another top-three finish at the Yellowjacket Invite 8k with a third place finish (25:04.3)… completed the NCAA DII Pre-National meet in 66^th (25:16.3) and at the RMAC Championships in 52^nd (26:37.9)… led the Yellow Jacket men at the NCAA DII South Central Regional Championships in 58^th (32:38.40).

2021: Competed in five meets for the Yellow Jackets … Placed ninth at the Hardrocker XC Invite … Placed fourth at the Gage McSpadden Memorial … Placed 20th out of 374 runners at the Roy Griak Invitational … Earned an 18th place finish at the RMAC Championship Meet … Earned a 36th place finish at the NCAA Division II South Central Region Cross Country Championships … Earned a career best 6K time of 20:13.1 at the Gage McSpadden Memorial … Earned a career best 8K time at the RMAC Cross Country Championships with a time of 25:50.6 … Earned a career best 10K time at the NCAA DII South Central Region Cross Country Championships with a time of 31:31.6.

2020: Competed in two meets for the Yellow Jackets ... Placed fourth at the Gage McSpadden Memorial with a time of 27:38.39 ... Placed 48th at the RMAC Cross Country Championships with a time of 26:29.7.

2019: Did not compete.

2018: Ran in six events … placed 12th in the 8K at the SD Mines Hardrocker Cross Country Classic (9/1) … also finished 12th in the 6.2M at the NCAA DII West Region Preview (10/12) … competed in the 8K at the RMAC Cross Country Championships (11/3).

2017: Did not compete … redshirted.

Before BHSU: Graduated from Spearfish High School in Spearfish, South Dakota.
