2022: Competed in all six meets for the Yellow Jackets… broke her career best run at the Gage McSpadden Memorial (18:24.5) to take first place… placed first again at the Chadron State Collegiate Invite (18:32.17)… placed fourth at the Yellowjacket Open in Billings, Montana, once again cracking a new career-best mark (22:21.8)… competed at the NCAA DII Pre-Nationals meet in Tacoma, Washington and placed 35^th in the 6k (22:04.9)… placed 20^th and earned Second Team All-Conference status at the 2022 RMAC Championships (22:37.1)… placed 26^th at the NCAA DII South Central Regional Championships (22:21.8).


2021: Competed in seven meets for the Yellow Jackets … Placed second at the Hardrocker XC Invite … Placed first at the Gage McSpadden Memorial … Placed 11th out of 327 runners at the Roy Griak Invitational … Finished in second at the Yellowjacket Open … Earned a 12th place finish at the RMAC Championship Meet … Earned an 11th place finish at the NCAA Division II South Central Region Cross Country Championships … Ran a career best 5K at the Gage McSpadden Memorial with a time of 18:28.6 … Ran a career best 6K at the NCAA DII South Central Region Cross Country Championships with a time of 21:03.9... Earned All-American Status at the NCAA DII Cross Country Championships after placing 22nd.

2020: Competed in two meets for the Yellow Jackets. Placed first at the Gage McSpadden Memorial with a time of 23:51.64. Placed fourteenth at the RMAC Cross Country Championships with a time of 22:28.3.

2019: Competed in five meets … placed sixth in the 3.1M at the Frontier XC Preview (9/13) … finished 12th in the 5K at the UCCS XC Open (10/12) … placed 32nd in the 6K at the RMAC Cross Country Championships and 36th at the NCAA DII South Central Region Cross Country Championships (11/9).

2018: Ran in seven meets … placed third in the 5K at the SD Mines Hardrocker Cross Country Classic (9/1) … finished fourth in the 3.73M at the NCAA DII West Region Preview … placed 43rd in the 6K at the RMAC Cross Country Championships, 59th at the NCAA DII South Central Region Cross Country Championships (11/17) and 138th at the NCAA DII Championships (12/1).

Before BHSU: Graduated from Sheridan High School in Wyoming.
