2022: Competed in five meets for the Yellow Jackets… finished sixth at the Gage McSpadden Memorial (20:39.6), then fourth at the Chadron State Collegiate Open (20:42.33)… hit a season best mark at the Yellowjacket Open 5K in Billings, Montana (19:36.3) for 16^th… placed 73^rd at the 2022 RMAC Championships (25:21.7)… shaved nearly a minute off in her NCAA DII South Central Championship appearance for 87^th (24:34.5).

Before BHSU: Competed in cross country for Buffalo H.S. all four years of high school... broke the state record 5k time at the WHSAA State Chamionship Meet with a 20:28 run... broke the record once again in her sophomore season with a 20:12 time at the Glen Legler Meet... once again marked a state record time in the 5k with a 20:08 time, broke it in her senior season at the WHSAA 3A East Conference Championships, clocking a 21:04 5k... named All-Conference from 2018-2021... Also competed in track and field for Buffalo H.S.
