2019: Appeared in and started 27 matches … led the team with 613 assists and 5.78 assists per set … recorded season-high 40 assists against Fort Lewis (10/26) … finished second on the team with 303 digs and 2.86 digs per asset … recorded season-best 19 digs at Colorado Mesa (10/18) … totaled 38 blocks, good for fourth-most on team … tallied season-best four blocks at South Dakota Mines … added 18 service aces and 204.5 points.

2018: Played in 25 matches starting in all … had a season-best of 46 assists against Chadron State (10/27) … led the Yellow Jackets with 702 assists … was eighth in the RMAC with a 8.07 assists per set … totaled 123 kills averaging 1.41 kills per set … was second on the team in digs with 241 and averaged 2.77 digs per set … averaged 1.66 points per set.

2017: Played in 28 matches in her sophomore campaign … finished seventh in the conference for assists with 996 and 10^th with an 8.89 assist per set average … named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll … earned All-RMAC Honorable Mention.

2016: Played in 62 sets in her freshman campaign … averaged 2.81 assists and 1.50 digs per set … had a season-high 23 assists against Colorado Christian (10/1) … had a season-high 12 digs against South Dakota Mines (10/11).

Before BHSU: Lech is from Parker, Colorado, and attended Ponderosa HS … in her junior year her volleyball team placed second at the state tournament and third her senior year … they were first team all-league her senior year … daughter of Jeri and Pat Lech and sister to Ellise and Harrison.
