2021-22: RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll

2022-23: Competed in four meets for the Yellow Jackets during the indoor season… finished second overall in the 4x400m during the Yellow Jacket Holiday Open (3:26.90) to place second… placed second once again at the Myrle Hanson Open (51.24) on January 14… tallied a first-place finish (51.56) in the 400m run at the David Little Alumni Mile in late January.
 
2021-22: Competed in ten meets for the Yellow Jackets between indoor and outdoor … Competed in the 200-meter dash, 400-meter dash, 4x100, and 4x400 … Ran a career best time of 22.74 in the 200m dash at the Jack Christiansen Invitational … Ran a career best time of 50.56 in the 400m dash at the RMAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

2020-21: Competed in seven meets for the Yellow Jackets between the indoor and outdoor season … Competed in the men’s 4x400 m relay throughout indoor … Earned a career best 4536 points in the decathlon at the 2021 Yellow Jacket Spring Open … Ran a 51.53 400m dash at the SD Mines Bauer Open … Earned a career best mark of 5.45m in the long jump at the SD Mines Bauer Open … Was member of the ninth-place finishing 4x400m relay at the RMAC Indoor Track and Field Championships
