Before BHSU: Transferred from Carroll College, attended from 2020-2023… competed for the Carroll College track and field teams, was a team captain and Academic All-American during the 2022-23 season, named All-American during the 2023 Outdoor season… placed second at the 2023 NAIA Nationals Decathlon event, recorded bests in the 100m dash (11.21), shot put (13.51m), and pole vault (4.00m)… recorded a collegiate-best 400m at the Tom Gage Classic on May 6 (49.39) to place third… tallied two collegiate bests in the high jump (1.81m) and discus throw (36.95m) to secure individual victory at Red Raider Open Decathlon… secured another first place decathlon at the Trudnowski Open on April 14-15, 2022, recorded personal best javelin throw (54.53m)… recorded 60m hurdles best at the Big Sky Tuner (8.68) to place second… recorded personal best 60m dash at the Bobcat Challenge (7.24), placed first overall in the heptathlon event…

Competed for the Glasgow High School track and field team… was named Academic All-State three consecutive years… placed second in Montana’s State meet in the 4x4 relays, third in the triple jump… placed second in the triple jump and fourth in the 4x1 relay in his junior season… was a state champion in shot put in 2019…
 
Glaser is studying for his master's in business administration and wishes to pursue a career in Medical Sales… son of Todd and Wendy Glaser… his father, Todd, played baseball for Treasure Valley Community College for one year, Dickinson State for three.
