WELCOME TO SPEARFISH
Black Hills State University is excited to host the 2024 East/West Challenge on Friday, November 15, and Saturday, November 16, inside A2 Arena and the Donald E. Young Center. This year will mark just the second time the event has been hosted in Spearfish as it enters it's sixth year of existence, historically featuring schools from the Dakota's but recently extending out into Minnesota. The challenge will feature a pair of teams from both the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) and the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC), two leagues with a proud basketball tradition. This tournament page will be the go to place for up to the minute information during the weekend, allowing fans to access participating team information, game coverage, tickets, and much more.

GAME COVERAGE
All four games of this weekend's East/West Challenge will be streamed live on the RMAC Network and have available live stats for fans to follow all the action from home. Additionally, the Friday and Saturday nightcaps featuring Black Hills State University will be broadcast live on KDSJ 980 AM / 103.5 FM.
KDSJ 980 AM / 103.5 FM WEEKEND COVERAGE
It will be a busy weekend of Yellow Jacket coverage on KDSJ as fans can listen to not just men's basketball, but also women's basketball and football. The action gets underway on Friday as the voice of the Yellow Jackets, Steve Ammerman, will call play-by-play for BHSU women's basketball at 1 p.m. as they face Northern State in the East/West Challenge in Rapid City, and then later on in the evening he will have the call of the men's basketball game at 7:30 p.m. against No. 4/3 MSU Moorhead. On Saturday, Ammerman will have the call of the season finale for Yellow Jacket football at New Mexico Highlands at 12 p.m. before returning to the King Center in Rapid City for the second game of the weekend for women's basketball in the East/West Challenge as they face Sioux Falls for a 4 p.m. tip-off. The weekend's coverage will then end with Jim Kallas on play-by-play for the BHSU men's basketball game against Augustana at 5 p.m., which KDSJ will join the game in progress following the conclusion of the women's contest.
TICKETS
Black Hills State fans who have already purchased season passes are able to use them to gain admission to all four games this weekend. If you are a Yellow Jacket fan or just a visitor for the weekend, tickets to the doubleheader each night remain available online or at the door.
