Mandy Baur joined the Yellow Jackets as Volunteer Assistant Coach with the volleyball program in August of 2022.
In her role, she assists in the day-to-day operations within the BHSU volleyball program, including practices, travel, and statistical analysis. She also serves as the Athletics Business Manager.
Prior to BHSU, Baur was the assistant varsity coach at KIPP Booker T. Washington High School in New Orleans, La. from 2019 to 2022. There, she helped the team reach the state playoffs all three seasons she was on staff.
Baur also served as the head coach for 14U club team NOLA Elite in New Orleans from 2019 to 2020. Before that, she was head coach of the 16U Vibe Volleyball Club in Williston, Vt. From 2017 to 2018.
Baur attended the University of Vermont where she earned her bachelor's degree in Athletic Training in 2018. While there, she played collegiate club volleyball as a right-side hitter and served as the President/Captain for three years.
