Biography

2013:  Hamlin played in all 29 matches as a junior…she led the team in total blocks (134), blocks/set (1.24), block solo (46), and block assist (88) not only did she lead the team with blocks but she was also ranked first in the conference and top-15 in the nation…she put down 178 kills averaging (1.65) kills/set…named RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.

2012:  As a sophomore, Hamlin was the #2 blocker on the team…she racked up 102 total blocks, 18 of which were solo, and had .92 blocks/set… completed 126 kills and 27 digs on the year… she competed in all 30 matches of the season…Hamlin was named to the RMAC Honor Roll.

2011: Hamlin had a great rookie season for the Yellow Jackets…she played in every match for BHSU and hit .152 from the middle position...was a consistent defensive threat as she recorded 23 solo blocks and 75 assisted blocks in her first season.

HIGH SCHOOL AND PERSONAL DATA: Hamlin graduated from Highmore-Harrold High School in 2011 where she was a three-sport athlete for the Pirates earning four varsity letters in volleyball … four in basketball and four in track & field … Hamlin was named second team All-State in 2009 and first team All-State in 2010...parents are Chuck & Pam Hamlin.
