Great Falls, Mont. – The Black Hills State University women's basketball team defeated Montana State-Northern 61-54 on Friday night in Great Falls, Mont.

The Yellow Jackets were led in scoring by senior Katelynn Lamb who had 17 points.  Senior Mandy Brumfield came off the bench adding 12 points.

Black Hills State will return to action on Saturday when the team will face Great Falls.  Game time is set for 4 p.m. MT.
