Women's Basketball Remains Undefeated In Conference Play

Spearfish, S.D. – The Black Hills State University women's basketball team had a strong offensive showing as they defeated Jamestown 91-87 Saturday evening to improve to 13-3 overall and 3-0 in Dakota Athletic Conference play.

"Were doing a great job putting points on the board," said head coach Mark Nore.  "Now we need to stop people.  It was a great weekend for our team, and I'm very proud of our team's effort."

The Yellow Jackets were led by senior Katelynn Lamb who finished the contest with 29 points.  Junior Keely Krolikowski combined for 56 of 91 Black Hills State points.  Lamb finished the contest 12-of-16 from the field including 1-of-2 from behind the arc and a perfect 4-for-4 from the charity stripe.

Black Hills State will return to action on Friday, January 14 as they travel to Mayville, N.D. to take on Mayville State.  Game time is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. CT and the broadcast can be heard live locally on KDSJ 980 AM.
