Box Score Sioux City, Iowa – The Black Hills State University women's basketball team knocked-off Kansas Wesleyan 72-62 in the second round of the NAIA National Basketball Tournament.
The Yellow Jackets were fueled by hot shooting in the second half of the game. Black Hills State shot 50% from the field and 61% from three-point range for the game including 5-of-7 from beyond the arc in the second half.
Katelynn Lamb scored 24 points in the contest and Kristi Ryan poured in 18 points. Ryan was 5-of-7 from three-point range. Black Hills State held Kansas Wesleyan to 39% shooting from the field.
