SPEARFISH, S.D. – The Black Hills State University women's soccer team returns home to host a pair of RMAC games this weekend. The Yellow Jackets take on No. 18 Colorado Mines on Friday, October 20, before welcoming Colorado Christian on Sunday, October 22. Saturday's game kicks off at 7 p.m., while Sunday's match will begin at 1 p.m.

Colorado Mines, ranked No. 18 by the United Soccer Coaches, is 10-2-1 overall, and 7-1-1 in RMAC play. The Orediggers most recently defeated Western State, 1-0, in overtime, after falling, 2-1, in overtime to UCCS. CSM is scoring 2.15 goals per game, led by Jennifer Kendall, who has six goals, which is tied for second in the league. Nicole LaTourette has scored four goals. Emily Garnier leads the squad and the RMAC with seven assists. Goalkeeper Shannon Mooney (10-1-1) has a 0.46 goals against average, allowing six goals and making 33 saves.

Colorado Christian is 4-8-2 overall, and is 1-6-2 in league play. The Cougars most recently fell to UCCS, 2-0, after finishing in a scoreless tie with Western State. There are five players with two goals for CCU, while four others have scored once. Alyssa Regalado and Lauren Cardoza each have two goals and two assists. Goalkeeper Ireland VanDyke (2-5-2) has a 1.37 GAA, making 41 saves and allowing 14 goals in 917 minutes. Ashleigh Maguire (2-2) has allowed eight goals in 408 minutes, making 14 saves.

Black Hills State is 0-13 overall, and 0-8 in RMAC play. Most recently, the Yellow Jackets fell to MSU Denver (2-0), and Regis (8-0). Katie Nielson leads the squad with two goals, while Jayden Judy has also scored. Caitlin Kelly and Therese Wilhelmi have each tallied an assist. Goalkeeper Raven Johnson (0-8) has allowed 31 goals with a 4.66 goals against average. She has made 56 saves in 598 minutes. Wilhelmi (0-3) has allowed 22 goals and made 35 saves in 389 minutes in goal.
