- The lone player to be recognized prior to the match on senior day, Kylea Becker capitalized on her moment as she scored her first career goal as a Yellow Jacket in the 20th minute to give the Green & Gold a 2-0 advantage. As the Trojans looked to move the ball forward up the sideline, Becker took the ball away, worked her way back into the center of the field and fired a left-footed shot into the upper left corner of the net from the top of the box.
- Just a minute and a half later in the 22nd minute, BHSU tallied a third goal, this time as Sydney Stephen passed the ball out of the corner and up to the top left corner of the box where Sienna Osborne sent the ball into the upper left corner of the net for her first goal of her collegiate career, making it a 3-0 game.
